Fresh off her session on LO Comp and a live CompenSafe demo at the recent MBA Independent Mortgage Bankers Conference, our Founder and CEO Lori Brewer is already gearing up for her next slate of speaking events. In addition to this week’s SimpleNexus User Group in Utah, Lori will also be front and center at The Mortgage Collaborative’s Winter Conference in Austin, which runs February 17-19.

First up for Lori is a hands-on training session for TMC Benchmark powered by LBA Ware, which will run on Sunday, February 17 from 1-2:30 pm. TMC Benchmark, a free benefit for TMC lender members, is an easy-to-use platform for lenders to submit production, operational, and staff compensation data each month and receive visual analytics for their organization, along with peer averages from across the TMC member network. During the session, Lori will cover the ins and outs of the platform to make sure all TMC members are using TMC Benchmark to its fullest potential.

Then on Tuesday, February 19, Lori will moderate the panel “Creatively Restructuring How We Compensate Our Employees” from 1:45-3 pm. The session is designed to promote an open dialog amongst TMC members on how to regain margins by getting compensation in check. And given the overwhelming interest on this topic at IMB in San Francisco, this session is sure to generate a lively and intriguing discussion of current compensation challenges and the ways in which lenders can possibly re-invent LO Comp.

Wait, there’s more! Lori will also take part in the Executive Q&A session, in which she’ll answer questions regarding CompenSafe, LO compensation, benchmarking, sales performance management and more. Timing is still being determined for that session so follow us on Twitter @LBAWare or follow our LinkedIn page for updates to the conference agenda on this can’t-miss session.

If you’re not able to make it to Austin but want to talk LO comp, you can get the conversation started today here or catch us at one of these other upcoming events:
