The end of the year is a fun time for us at LBA Ware, because as a metrics-driven organization, we enjoy the opportunity to gain a numbers-based perspective on how 12 months of new client relationships, technology partnerships, product development and industry engagement has shaped our organization.
We’ve crunched the numbers and can say with confidence that 2019 was our biggest year yet!
Earning Clients and Expanding Partnerships in the Mortgage Industry
CompenSafe’s proven ability to increase the ease with which organizations manage incentive compensation has made it wildly popular with lenders. In 2019, we welcomed 27 new clients to the CompenSafe community, including LendUS, Residential Mortgage, Guaranteed Rate, CMG Financial and Idaho Central Credit Union.
Last year, CompenSafe’s gears churned around the clock, calculating commissions for over 13,000 loan originators (LOs) who generated more than 900,000 loan units for a total of more than $240 billion in funded loan volume. To date, CompenSafe has calculated over $4.6 billion in lifetime compensation.
New Product Launch: LimeGear
LBA Ware never stops working to optimize lender performance with advanced business analytics and performance management tools. Perhaps our most exciting news of the year dropped in September when we unveiled our turnkey business intelligence platform, LimeGear, live from the stage of Source Media’s Digital Mortgage conference in Las Vegas.
Easy to deploy straight off the shelf, LimeGear brings lenders’ attention to the right operational metrics for driving sales and business performance. We can’t wait to start onboarding users in 2020.
This year LBA Ware was proud to support numerous local nonprofits. We raised 8,582 meals to benefit the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank through our participation in Bytes for Bites, an annual competition among Georgia’s technology and startup community benefiting regional food banks. We were recognized for making the largest contribution in the Middle Georgia region, receiving formal acknowledgement for Most Total Points and Most Points Per Employee, where 1 point is earned for every pound of food donated or 25 cents raised.
Additionally, LBA Ware sponsored three college students’ participation in the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing – the world's largest gathering of women technologists.
We’ve grown by impressing lenders of every shape and size with incredible ROI, and the media has taken notice. This year we earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies, all while cultivating a positive work culture that earned us recognition from National Mortgage Professional and Mortgage Professional America as a top industry workplace.
For the fifth year running, we were honored locally with the Best of Macon Award in the Software Company category and nationally by HousingWire as one of the top 100 companies driving innovation in the housing industry. To top it all off, LBA Ware was inducted into the Macon Business Hall of Fame by our beloved Georgia hometown.
Our success as an organization is driven by the hard work and talent of our team. In the spring, LBA Ware Founder and CEO Lori Brewer was honored by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) with the mortgage industry’s most coveted honor, the Tech All-Star award. Months later, our Director of Marketing Kelley Mangel was named a HousingWire Insiders Award honoree for masterminding the LBA Ware brand and creating user experiences that are cherished by clients.
